Statik Selektah’s long awaited first official studio album features a bonified who’s who in Hip Hop from underground celebs like Termanology and Esoteric to legends like Kool G Rap, KRS-One, AG and Q-Tip from A Tribe Called Quest to the hottest of today’s rising stars like Mims, Uncle Murder & Joell Ortiz. “Spell My Name Right (The Album) has something for everyone...street anthems "G Shit (Showoff Mix)", underground bangers "Did What We Had To Do", straight battle raps "Time To Say Goodbye" and even a the long forgotten DJ song "No Mistakes Allowed".  East to left coast ALL the big dogs show up for this one. All production by Statik Selektah. With support from DJ’s world wide, Kay Slay, Funk Master Flex, Clinton Sparks & DJ Khaled to name a few, the first single "Hardcore (So You Wanna Be)" Ft Reks And Termanology b/w "No Holding Back" Ft Cormega And AZ has received critical acclaim and sold very well even in this current trend of declining vinyl sales.

With his name ringing bells and stock climbing through the roof throughout 2006 and 2007, international DJ sensation Statik Selektah came hard, spear-heading albums from Termanology and Granite State, and classic official mixtapes with Nas, G-unit, Royce Da 5’9”and AZ to name a few, the world is listening. Statik has recently been featured on MTV Mixtape Mondays (4 times), BET's Rap City, XXL Magazine, The Source, and frequents Eminem's Shade 45 Station.

Currently residing in New York City, catch Statik weekly on airwaves across America including Sirius Satellite/Shade 45, 93 WBLX in Mobile AL, KMJJ in Shreveport LA, WIZF in Cincinnati OH, and various mixshows weekly on FM stations across the world.
